Refund & Cancellation Policy
At The Pink Ink Paper, every project is custom-created. As such, we follow a clear and fair refund policy.
1. Refunds

Before Work Begins:
Full refund available if cancellation is requested before any work has started. -
After Work Begins:
No refund once design work has commenced. This includes time spent on drafts, concepting, and communication. -
Non-Delivery:
In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver your order due to internal issues, a full or partial refund may be issued depending on progress made. -
Digital Nature:
Due to the digital and custom-made nature of our products, refunds are not applicable once a final file is delivered.
2. Cancellations

You may cancel a project anytime before confirmation of final content.

Cancellations after work begins will not be refunded.
3. Edits & Revisions

Most packages include 1–2 free revision rounds.

Additional revisions are chargeable and will be discussed before implementation.
4. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery is 5–7 working days unless otherwise agreed upon.

Rush services may be offered at an extra fee.

Delays due to late client responses or changes are not eligible for refunds.
